Using XenyvOrYxon means you accept these terms unconditionally. If any clause conflicts with your expectations, disconnect from the platform immediately.

2. Platform Function

XenyvOrYxon is a zero-cost Social Casino delivering browser-based entertainment. All credits are virtual simulations. No real currency enters or exits the system at any point.

3. Authentication Level

Users must be 18 years or older. Passing the age check confirms compliance. Falsifying age data may result in permanent access revocation.

4. Credit Architecture

All in-game currency is synthetic. It cannot be converted, traded, or redeemed. It serves a display function within the game loop and nothing beyond.

5. Prohibited Operations

Do not: (a) inject scripts or deploy bots; (b) exploit vulnerabilities; (c) abuse the platform for illegal purposes; (d) forge identity markers.

6. Digital Property

All code, designs, and media assets on XenyvOrYxon are protected. Duplication without written authorisation constitutes infringement.

7. Uptime Disclaimer

XenyvOrYxon operates on a best-effort basis. Outages may occur without notice. No guarantees of perpetual availability are extended.

8. Liability Scope

XenyvOrYxon assumes no liability for damages arising from platform use.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued access post-update implies consent.
